Assurer le suivi du projet pendant le développement du produit et développement de produits et de procédés en tant que Program Manager l'équipe de projet de la ligne d'activité Valve:
- Préparer le lancement des programmes
- Définir l'objectif du programme
- Définir et suivre les risques du programme
- Construire le planning
- Décider de la fabrication ou de l'achat et de l'empreinte.
- Confirmer l'empreinte et les installations
- Suivre la planification du prototype, de la conception, de l'outillage et du lancement présérie.
- Suivre les activités du projet, y compris le Work Package et les jalons du projet
- Alignement avec les équipes produit / processus
- Alignement avec les équipes de qualité, d'achat et de logistique.
- Gérer les demandes de changement des clients, des fournisseurs et interne
- Valider le client PPAP & APQP
