Seasonal position from April to October 2025
Mandatory Induction week on March 24th, 2025
You will be working aboard our luxurious Private Floating Villas on scenic cruises through the enchanting Burgundy region
**Primary Responsibilities Include**:

- Leading guest tours and excursions to showcase the best that the region can offer, while providing insightful commentary, historical information, and cultural context, enriching the guest experience
- Engaging with guests, and creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere
- Skilled storytelling, captivating guests with narratives and effective anecdote. Use your tours to educate guests about local conservation efforts, environmental challenges, and sustainable practices. Encourage them to support these initiatives
- Driving safely passengers to excursion locations and ensure general maintenance of the vehicle
- Managing receipts and expense reports on board and ensure their reporting to accounting on a weekly basis
- Carry out daily purchases for the smooth running of the boat in collaboration with the chef

**Requirements**:
**What You Bring**:

- Knowledge of local wildlife, history, and culture and be able to provide engaging information to guests
- Understanding of safety protocols, customer service, and guiding techniques
- Ability to present information clearly, engage audiences, and adapt communication style to suit different individuals or groups
- Friendly, approachable attitude; able to interact with guests in a professional and courteous manner,
- Ability to handle inquiries, addresses concerns, and create a positive experience for guests
- Hospitality experience advantageous, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.
