The Education Advisor will require excellent communication and inter-personal skills in face to face and by phone; projecting a courteous and professional manner at all times when representing the college.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Dealing with walk-in enquiries and selling our courses & programmes to them.
- The Education Advisor will work at school from the reception to welcome the walk-ins.
- Answering (mainly by phone) prospective student enquiries received through our web site or any other marketing campaign: social media, Google Ads, other directories, etc.
- Updating the company CRM with all prospective student details, follow up information, sales, tasks, etc.
- Helping in all marketing strategies to promote Bayswater College in Paris: Collaboration with other business, sponsorships, local fairs, etc.
- Being aware about the competitors in the Paris area. Prepare an annual report about the competitors in the area with price comparation, promotions, etc.
- Helping in the marketing strategy in the international market to promote the brand.
- Ensuring excellent customer service is provided to our students consistently.
- Keeping a good relationship with current students to manage their course extensions.
- Following the agreed internal processes and procedures and resolving issues quickly and efficiently

**Knowledge, qualifications and skills**:

- An undergraduate degree focus on business, marketing, sales, language or tourism (desirable)
- Overseas studying/working experience, ideally with exposure to an international environment for 3-6 months.
- Fluency in both written and spoken French.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
- A third language will be a plus. German, Arabic, Japanese(desirable).
- Experience of working with international clients (desirable)
- Sales experience. Education industry or services (desirable).
- Customer service experience (desirable).
- High level of verbal and written communication skills.
- Well organised and able to manage a varied and demanding workload.
- Comfortable in meeting goals and working under pressure
