Job Description Summary:
You will be integrated to the adoption team and take part of building and implementing a comprehensive change management approach for Converged suite, the suite of tools developed for supporting the agency process (Mx). In support of the manager, you will be responsible to develop training material, spread the training principles and the change approach to all the countries and profiles.

Job Description:

- Change material- Update the existing change documentation by integrating upcoming new features-
- Participate to the business processes definition-
- Build easy to handle new user guidesTraining- Build modular training programs by focusing on cross platforms’ use cases-
- Plan and animate the different user trainings in support to the products owners-
- Participate to the development of a new learning database for Converged Suite-
- Participate to the animation of the trainees’ communityEducation
- Graduated with a degree or equivalent with a specialisation in knowledge management.

Previous Experience
- 1 - 2 years of experience within digital and innovation projects / media agency knowledge is a plus

Languages: English fluent
