Mission & Responsibilities

Participate to the creation, implementation and follow-up of change plans.

Faster the user’s adoption by building a strong relationship with them (collect feedbacks, facilitate workshops, buildtrainings, etc.)

Collaborate with the Havas UniversityTeam to deploy training solutions that support the delivery of a world class Training Program

Create and implement a train the trainers program.

Keep up to date the Knowledge Portal.

Engage with the users’ communities.

Promote knowledge sharing through the organization.

Create communication material to facilitate the adoption of tools (Case studies, success stories, videos,etc)

Ensure all the key stakeholders are compliant and engaged with the user’s support principles and strategies.

Advice the Product Owners on the best way to promote their projects and consolidate all the communication actions.

Experience

Graduated with a Master degree or equivalent with a specialization in Change management / Knowledge management and/or Project management

Experience in media agency roles / supporting digital transformation projects is a plus

Key Competencies

Perfect knowledge of MS office tools

Medium/Strong knowledge of making learning tutorial video

Creativity, detail-oriented, organized and productive

Strong written and spoken communication. In English, facilitation, presentation, coaching, and training skills

Curios for new technologies

Certification in change management is a plus (Prosci)
