To lead the effort to make that team always stronger while getting bigger, we are now looking for our future Head of Talent Acquisition.
Reporting to our Chief Human Resources Officer, you will:
- Manage (hire, develop, retain) a team (actually 2 people) of Talent Acquisition Specialists;
- Be responsible for the recruitment strategy and the diversity of the talents;
- Recruit Leadership positions but be also hands on to source and recruit tech talents;
- Put yourself as a real Business Partner with managers of all levels within the organization to make sure the company gets the adequate talents it requires to execute its plan;
- Deal with external agencies and partners;
- Manage the recruitment budget;
- Be the owner of Talent Acquisition Processes, Technology and Scalability;
- Manage miscellaneous Talent Acquisition projects;
- Be responsible for Campus Management policies : Schools/Universities partnerships, events, centralisation of interns/apprentices recruitments, etc;
- Contribute to the Onboarding of new employees : Pre-boarding phase, Onboarding days;
- Take part of the attractiveness piece of the employer branding strategy.
You’re in the right place if:

- 5+ years of work experience in the HR field
- A first experience in managing a small recruitment team in a fast-growing environment, with high volume would be a real plus
- You have an Agile mindset and ar able to adapt to any situation;

- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Analytical, data-driven, thorough mind is key to succeed.
