Since the inception of our platform, we have partnered with esteemed clients, witnessing remarkable advancements such as accelerated innovation, enhanced quality, and decreased manufacturing expenses. Currently, our solution is utilized by over 5,000 professionals across 50 factories in 10 different countries.
With the backing of prominent European investors, Aletiq is rapidly expanding and playing a crucial role in the transformation of the manufacturing sector.
Significance of This Role
As we embark on a new phase of growth following a significant funding round, we are seeking our inaugural Talent Lead. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with the Founders to shape and implement our People vision and strategy. Your focus will be on the recruitment and development of our organization, ensuring we cultivate, manage, and retain a top-tier team. Your leadership expertise will be essential in facilitating timely and effective scaling without compromising on quality.

Key ResponsibilitiesAs the first Head of Talent, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing, owning, and executing our People vision and strategy.
- Enhancing our People processes, encompassing Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and traditional HR functions.
- Establishing and monitoring metrics to ensure effective hiring and career development.
- Defining and implementing our 'talent stack,' which includes ATS, HR Systems, and Performance Management Software.
- Collaborating with the Leadership team to shape our organizational structure for future success.
- Over 7 years of experience in Talent Management, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role, with a willingness to engage in hands-on tasks.
- Proven experience in building a talent function from the ground up and scaling it during periods of rapid growth, while maintaining high standards.
- Experience collaborating with a Leadership team to define and execute the company’s strategic direction.
- A balance of commercial acumen and a people-centric approach.
- Ability to navigate complex problems and drive solutions.
- A passion for inspiring and motivating others.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a readiness to build from scratch.
We prioritize timely communication with applicants, providing feedback within a week of application and 24 hours after each interview stage. The hiring process includes:
- A discovery call to facilitate mutual understanding (~30 minutes).
- An on-site technical interview (~1 hour 30 minutes).
- A motivational interview with one of the founders (~1 hour).
- Offer stage.
We utilize self-scheduling for interviews while remaining available to address any questions throughout the process. At the offer stage, candidates may wish to engage with additional team members or request further insights.
