**Team**
We’re searching for a highly qualified project manager to help our customers to deploy LumApps Solution successfully. As a project manager, your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. Within the Professional Services team (gathering 15 other experts) and under the responsibility of our PM Manager, you will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization and timeline, responsible for developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and delivering every project on time within budget and scope.
**Missions**
- Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met.
- Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.
- Ensure the Customer Satisfaction all along the project deployment, and internal handovers with the Customer Success Management team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks.
- Contribute to our continuous improvement to secure Project delivery and Customer Satisfaction.
- Coordinate your project resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables.
- Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to the project work plan.
**Skills**
- Four or more years of project management experience.
- Experience in deploying web technologies and software platforms for maximum usability.
- Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines.
- Proven success working with all levels of management.
- Customer relationship.
- ** Native in French and Proficient in English**
**Preferred skills and qualifications**:
- Experience in deploying SaaS solutions.
- Comfortable with collaborative tools like Teams, Klaxoon, Miro, Notion
- Digital workplace knowledge or interest
