Dans le cadre de son fort développement, Tikehau Investment Management va renforcer son équipe Client Service afin d'accompagner la forte croissance de l'activité en France et à l'international.

Rattaché au responsable du Client Service, vous serez amené à être en contact direct avec nos clients privés et travaillerez étroitement avec les forces de vente. Vous serez également en interaction avec tous les autres départements du groupe.

Le département Client Service couvre l'ensemble des investisseurs des fonds de la société de gestion (Dette Privée, Immobilier, Private Equity, Capital Markets) et dans ce cadre vos principales responsabilités seront de:

- Participer au processus de vérification et mise à jour des KYC (Processus onboarding et connaissance client) pour les nouveaux investisseurs ainsi que pour les investisseurs existants
- Répondre à toutes les demandes des clients en vous appuyant sur les services internes et prestataires externes
- Suivre la relation client dans la durée, y compris la fourniture de reportings périodiques destinés aux investisseurs
- Gérer les relations avec les dépositaires et autres parties prenantes dans le cadre du parcours client
- Être dans une démarche permanente et pro-active d'amélioration de l'expérience client
- Développer d'excellentes relations de travail au sein du Client Service et également avec tous les autres départements de Tikehau.

Tikehau Investment Management will strengthen its Client Service team to support the strong growth of the business in France and internationally.

You will work alongside the sales team and be in direct contact with our investors. You will directly report to the Head of Client Service and interact with all other departments within the group.

The Client Service department covers all investor types in the different business units of the group (Private Debt, Real Estate, Private Equity and Capital Markets strategies) and in this context your main responsibilities will be:

- Participate in the process of verifying and updating KYC (Know Your Client) and onboarding process for new investors as well as for existing investors
- Answer all client requests, with the assistance of other departments and external service providers, where required
- Manage client relationships over time, including the provision of periodic client reporting
- Manage relationships with custodians and other service providers
- Strive to permanently and pro-actively enhance the client experience
- Develop excellent working relationships within Client Service and with all other Tikehau departments.

Profile

[FR]
- Master en Finance ou équivalent
- 3 à 4 ans d'expérience dans des postes similaires au sein d'un Service Client, en banque privée ou auprès d'un CGP
- Dynamique, proactif et doté d'un excellent relationnel
- Très bon niveau en Excel
- Bonnes compétences analytiques
- Capacité à travailler au sein d'un environnement international en forte croissance,
- Parfaite maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.

- Master's degree in Finance or equivalent
- 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar position within a Client Service, private bank or financial advisor
- Dynamic, proactive and with excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent excel skills
- Sound analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast growing international environment,
- Perfect command of French and English.
