Customer Service Manager

Notre client est l'un des principaux fournisseurs de céramiques automobiles et techniques dans le monde avec son siège social basé au Japon, la société possède des réseaux de vente et des sites de production dans le monde entier.
Depuis quelques années, l'entreprise fait évoluer son organisation et axe davantage son portefeuille d'activités vers la durabilité. Quatre domaines d'activité ont ainsi été identifiés : Mobilité, Médical, Environnement & Energie et Communications
Intégré au cycle de vente des offres produits et services After Market et interface entre les clients et l'entreprise, le/la chargé.e CSD (Customer Service Department) participe à garantir l'expérience client satisfaisante : il/elle met en œuvre les actions relatives aux contrats de vente, depuis la prise de commande jusqu'à la livraison.
Quotidien:
- Analyser les besoins spécifiques des clients afin d'offrir un support personnalisé et adapté à chaque situation.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les autres services internes pour résoudre rapidement les problèmes rencontrés par nos clients.
- Mettre à jour régulièrement la base de données du service client avec des informations pertinentes concernant les interactions avec les clients.
- Contribuer à l'amélioration continue de nos processus en identifiant les opportunités d'optimisation et en partageant vos idées lors de réunions d'équipe.
- Assurer une veille technologique et concurrentielle pour rester informé des tendances du marché et ainsi anticiper les attentes des clients.
Pour ce poste, vous disposez à mínima d'un Bac +3 en administration des ventes et avez eu une expérience de 3 ans sur un poste similaire.
Vous avez déjà évolué dans un environnement industriel international, acquis les connaissances des réglementations douanières, et disposez au minimum d'un niveau intermédiaire en anglais.
Vous maitrisez SAP et ses principales transactions (SD à mínima), et êtes à l'aise avec Excel et ses principales fonctions de type Recherche V et tableau croisé dynamique.
Cet emploi est basé en Ile de France Sud, avec possibilité de télétravail partiel..
Niveau de rémunération : Environ 40 000 euros par an à débattre selon expérience (Estimation faite par cabinet hors Intéressement et Participation)
