**Ton rôle**

Au sein de l’équipe driver operations, responsable de l’acquisition, de l’inscription et de la rétention des chauffeurs en France, nous te proposons le rôle d'agent du
**Heetch Café, notre lieu d'accueil pour les chauffeurs**.

Le Heetch Café est l’espace d’accueil de nos chauffeurs partenaires, nous les y rencontrons quotidiennement (environ 60 chauffeurs/jour) afin de les aider dans leur inscription sur la plateforme. Le Heetch Café est pour beaucoup de chauffeurs la première interaction qu’ils ont avec la plateforme, c’est pourquoi nous y accordons une très grande importance. Ton rôle sera de recevoir les chauffeurs sur place et de traiter leur demande, au sein d'une équipe de 5 personnes.

**Tes missions**
- Accueil et prise en charge des chauffeurs : inscription, vérification de documents et résolution de problèmes de connexion
- Appliquer les process mis en place, proposer et réfléchir à des améliorations
- Remonter des bugs ou autres informations aux autres équipes avec qui tu collaboreras
- Participations à des projets en parallèle (partenariats, campagne téléphone, traitement de demandes par mail, workshops réguliers sur divers sujets)

- Sociable : tu adores le contact humain et tu sais rester calme dans toute situation
- Rigueur : tu respectes les process mis en place
- Capacité d’adaptation, autonomie et force de proposition
- Niveau correct en anglais

**Bon à savoir**
- Le Heetch Café se situe dans le 10ème arrondissement de Paris, dans le même bâtiment que les bureaux de l'entreprise, au RDC
- Contrat cadre CDD 6 mois de 35h/semaine
- Salaire : 2167€ brut/mois
- Mutuelle très complète (Alan blue)
