As a Customer Onboarding Specialist at Fisker in Paris, France, you will be at the forefront of introducing our innovative products to new customers. Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding Process: Lead the onboarding process for new customers, providing personalized guidance to ensure a smooth transition from signup to product use.
- Product Familiarity: Develop a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value propositions and features to customers.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and sales, to ensure a cohesive onboarding experience aligned with customer expectations.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve any issues or challenges during the onboarding process, working closely with technical teams to provide timely solutions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.-
- Previous experience in customer facing role, or experience in the automotive industry is preferred.-
- Passion for and knowledge of automotive technology and trends.-
- Excellent communication skills and ability to convey technical information in an accessible manner.-
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a startup environment.-
- Familiarity with CRM systems and automotive software/tools is a plus.- #LI-CT1
