**Descrição(resumo) do Cargo**
Responsável por liderar a Estratégia e o Roadmap demelhoria Contínua. Gerenciar e implementar os Projetos de CAPEX e OPEX nosprocessos end-to-end nas diversas áreas de negócios e áreas centrais do DryBrazil com o objetivo de:
a) eliminar atividades que não agregam valor;
b) atuar na simplificação de processos
c) automatizar processos fabris e administrativos
d) Comprovar Savings
e) Melhorar o Clima Organizacional
f) Contribuir no Desenvolvemento e na Jornada Lean dosColaboradores.

- Facilitador esuporte no desdobramento estratégico e das iniciativas geradas, contribuindo diretamentecom o vínculo dos projetos conduzidos e a necessidade do negócio.
- Coordena econduz o Roadmap de Melhoria Contínua nos fluxos administrativos e fabris daunidade e contribui para a sua efetiva comunicação, a fim de que todo o time,desde o chão de fábrica até o Head da unidade, estejam alinhados e saibam comocontribuir nas iniciativas de excelência operacional.
- Coordena econduz os Projetos Lean, bem como é ponto de consulta para acelerar o resultadodas ações nos fluxos de valor.
- Responsável pelagarantia do atingimento dos resultados da maturidade Lean da unidade e seustargets de melhoria contínua, desde Savings/ Cost-out, Implementação dasferramentas, Treinamentos etc.
- Ponto focal pararealização de Benchmarking, bem como ser um catalisados em trazer melhorias einiciativas desdobradas nas plantas irmãs, feiras, summits, fóruns e workshopsde melhoria contínua.
- Conduz asReuniões dos Projetos CAPEX, a fim de garantir a efetiva ocorrência dos gastose datas dos projetos aprovados durante o Budget do FY, bem como participaativamente da elaboração dos demais budgets futuros.
- Responsável pelaelaboração e execução do Plano de Treinamentos vinculados a melhoria contínua,ferramentas e conceitos, a fim de contribuir para o desenvolvimento de todo aunidade e seus níveis de conhecimento.
- Conhecer apolítica do Sistema Integrado de Gestão, os aspectos e impactos ambientais eperigos e riscos de saúde e segurança relacionados à função, bem como osobjetivos e metas de sua localidade, promovendo a melhoria contínua dosprocessos, buscando a liderança pela qualidade nos nossos mercados de atuação,respeitando o meio ambiente em um ambiente de trabalho saudável, seguro esocialmente responsável.
***Requisitos da Função(Formação, Tempo de experiência, Condições de trabalho)**
- Superiorcompleto em Engenharia ou Administração de Empresas ou áreas afins; PacoteOffice;
- Desejável pelomenos 6 anos de experiência;
- Semipresencial,no entanto, precisa ter disponibilidade para viagens ocasionais, visita afornecedores, feiras e exposições sobre ferramentas e soluções para melhoriacontínua.
**Conhecimentos Técnicos, de Mercados, Organizacionais,Internacionais, Treinamentos e Idiomas***
Avançado:
- Lean Expert (treinamentos VSM, STD Work, 5S, SMED);
- Six Sigma Belt Knowledge, statistical methods in capabilitystudies, histogram, hypothesis testing, DOE, etc. (minimum Green Belt);
- Root Cause Analysis;
- Business & Change Management;
- Proficiency in English.
Intermediário:
- Team Leadership & Training Skills;
- Financial knowledge for Cost-out, capital plan, assetmanagement, project management, budgeting and profit planning;
- Business Strategy;
- Project Management, Ability to Lead multiple and complexprojects, relationships and influence across organizational boundaries;
- Process Automation (Industrial ex: Machines, Tools, Gages /Office ex: Power BI);
