Bleu Sovereign Cloud for Microsoft in France: The National Cloud Ownership Entity (NCOE) for France is a strategic and key partner for Microsoft called "Bleu". The company created in January 2024 is working to establish a Sovereign Cloud in France, based on Microsoft technologies.
As part of the dedicated Microsoft team which is structuring the core activities and building the relationship with this partner, a great opportunity is opening for a Solution Area Specialist position to support this new Sovereign Cloud business model.
The Solution Area Specialist is a pivotal role to prioritize and execute on strategies and accountabilities to grow and execute on Bleu launch in France.

**Responsibilities**:
**The Solution Area Specialist will report to the manager of the Public Sector team at the STU in France and will work closely with the V-team, partners’s team, but also will create a strong relationship with BLEU company. You will leverage his/her knowledge to successfully support BLEU development plan in France.**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Sales Execution: You will Orchestrate a virtual team and assess BLEU customer needs to develop strategies that proactively build a stakeholder network to accelerate and close Modern Work opportunities.
- Business Value Selling: You will foster and expand Microsoft’s relationships with BLEU Customer Business Decision. Hunt new Modern Work opportunities by identifying and engaging with key business contacts, understanding customers’ business and technology priorities, governance, decision and budget processes, and landing the value proposition of Modern Work solutions.
- Scaling and Collaboration: You will lead the planning, orchestration and execution of Modern Work opportunities with internal stakeholders and partners to cross-sell and up-sell.
- Sales Excellence: You will lead and plan for accounts across territories, do compete plans and business analysis to pursue high-potential BLEU customers and manages Modern Work solutions across the organization.
**Qualifications**:
**Required/Minimum Qualifications**:
- 7+ years technology-related sales or account management experience
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND 6+ years technology-related sales or account management experience.
**Additional or Preferred Qualifications**:
- 9+ years technology-related sales or account management experience
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or related field AND 8+ years technology-related sales or account management experience
- OR Master's Degree in Business Administration (i.e., MBA), Information Technology, or related field AND 5+ years technology-related sales or account management experience.
- 6+ years solution or services sales experience.
