Sous la responsabilité du Responsable du Département Stratégie et Corporate Development, vous travaillerez également étroitement avec les deux Co-Heads Corporate Development;
Votre champ d’action sera double (Stratégie et Corporate Development), avec une forte exposition internationale
Vous mènerez des revues stratégiques, en étroite coordination avec les métiers et fonctions tant de l’entité que du Groupe, pour identifier les priorités stratégiques et cadrer leurs mises en œuvre. Vous participerez à la veille concurrentielle ;
Vous participerez à l’évaluation stratégique des opportunités d’acquisitions, de cessions ou de partenariat. Vous jouerez un rôle actif dans tous les processus M&A du métier ;
Vos interlocuteurs sont multiples et variés : métiers et fonctions de BNPP AM à un niveau senior ; autres entités du groupe (banque de détail, banque privée, assurance, CIB), mais également les conseils extérieurs (cabinets de conseil en stratégie ; juristes ; banques d’investissement ; ).

Vous rejoignez l’équipe Stratégie et Corporate Development de BNP Paribas Asset Management. Ce département assure auprès du CEO et du Comité Exécutif de l’entité l’aide à la décision sur l’ensemble des grands sujets stratégiques auquel fait face le métier et pilote les projets de M&A. L’équipe est composée de 5 collaborateurs expérimentés, situés à Paris : anciens Consultants ou Analystes M&A.

Ce poste exigeant vous offre l’opportunité de vous former au contact de seniors managers de BNPP AM, sur des sujets à fort impact.
Vous contribuerez activement à la définition de la stratégie de BNPP AM, au sein d’une entité agile forte de 3000 collaborateurs et gagnerez en visibilité par les interactions étroites que vous entretiendrez avec les seniors managers de BNPP AM et les équipes Stratégie & Corporate Development du Groupe;
Vous acquerrez une expérience concrète de la gestion de projets de corporate development tout au long de leur cycle de vie. Vous développerez votre capacité à anticiper les évolutions du métier de la gestion d'actifs sur ses différents marchés (banque de détail et banque privée ; clientèle institutionnelle);
Le poste peut conduire à des évolutions très diversifiées au sein du métier BNPP AM comme au sein du Groupe.

**ETES-VOUS NOTRE PROCHAIN ASSOCIATE - STRATEGY & CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT?**:
Titulaire d'un bac+ 4/5, Vous justifiez de 2/3 ans d’expérience minimum en M&A/ Corporate Development ou conseil en stratégie.
Vous êtes reconnu pour votre sens de l’analyse, votre rigueur et vos capacités de communication.
Votre adaptabilité et vos dispositions à collaborer vous permettent de créer des liens de confiance et satisfaire vos clients internes.
Vous maîtrisez les outils de la stratégie d’entreprise et/ou avez déjà démontré des capacités de modélisation financière (business plan, valorisation).
Vous parlez couramment anglais. Excel et PowerPoint n’ont plus de secret pour vous.
