Description du poste
**Vos missions**:
En tant que membre de l’équipe Services IT Utilisateur au sein du service Support et Infrastructure de la DSI, sous la responsabilité du Domain Owner Services IT Utilisateur, vous êtes chargé(e) d’assurer la gestion des connaissances, couvertes par le Chatbot, l’outil de GPS applicatif et la base de connaissance. Vos missions seront:
- Accompagner les Knwoledge owners dans la construction des connaissances/guidages (mise en place de rituels, diffusion des bonnes pratiques, etc)
- Piloter et contribuer à la saisie des connaissances et des guidages applicatifs
- Assurer la qualité des solutions (tests de non-régression, pilotage de tests de déclenchements, etc)
- Construire et piloter les KPI
- Assurer le suivi de la production (analyse des conversations, retours utilisateurs, etc)
- Promouvoir les outils du Knowledge Management : communications, animation d’une page sur le réseau social professionnel, etc
- Améliorer en continu les process du service
- Former et accompagner les nouveaux arrivants
- Piloter les prestataires externes (animation des rituels, priorisation des demandes d’évolution, etc)

**Qualifications**:

- Votre organisation, rigueur et pédagogie
