The purpose of this role is to support the Global Network Partner with all network coordination tasks and in providing central clients with required visibility, by gathering data from all the network (both central and local agency teams) and building clear reporting and audit on a large variety of topics.

**Job Description**:
Key Accountabilities:

- Actively engages and maintains relationships with the Global Network Manager, Operations Team and local agency teams across all continents.
- Supports the Global Network Manager with data collection across markets to answer specific adhoc request (media spending, campaigns performance, commercial coordination, etc.) from central clients. - Owns data consolidation at client cross brand level with a specific focus on keeping all Media Investment data updated and consolidated to help power negotiations.
- Engages with key stakeholders and team members to understand reporting requirements and logic. Collects data provided by central and local agency teams and generates reporting templates in accordance with client’s requirements.
- Understanding of finance process, including tracking POs and ensuring invoices are processed timely.
- Uses connected tools(Media planning system, dashboards, etc.)with the purpose of measuring various KPIs previously agreed with clients.
- Creates and maintains client and user profiles to ensure requested information is provided and clients can always access the level of reporting they require.
- Provides additional support to the Global Network Manager as well as Operations Team as needed.

Professional Skills:

- 1-3 years of experience
- Project Management
- Coordination skills, including multi-cultural
- Comfortable with dealing with multiple stakeholders
- Good level in English Problem solving
- Analytical Mindset
- Data Crunching (strong knowledge of Excel required)
