Slidor est une agence de design de présentations à forts enjeux pour les entreprises qui réalise les PowerPoint des plus grandes marques de ce monde.

Vos missions

Slidor entre dans une nouvelle phase de son développement et cherche à agrandir son équipe de Account Manager à temps plein. Sous la supervision directe des fondateurs vous serez chargé(e):

- De traiter les demandes entrantes et de renforcer les relations commerciales existantes avec un objectif mensuel de 85K€ (qualification des leads, échanges clients, participation aux rendez-vous, élaboration des propositions commerciales, négociation, closing) - 50% du temps
- D’assurer la bonne exécution d’une dizaine de prestations en parallèle en travaillant de concert avec une équipe attitrée de designers (supervision du projet, respect des deadlines, satisfaction client) - 30% du temps
- De développer le portefeuille clients (sectorisation du marché, définition d’une stratégie d’approche, prise de contact, rendez-vous clients, élaboration de propositions commerciales, négociation, closing) - 10% du temps
- De former et manager plusieurs stagiaires en Account Management, et d’être force de proposition sur la mise en place de nouveaux process, outils, ou tout autre sujet lié à l’activité commerciale - 10% du temps

Votre poste et vos responsabilités seront amenés à évoluer au fur et à mesure du développement du pôle commercial, de votre performance et de votre implication.

Vos compétences

Diplômé(e) d’une grande école de management ou d’ingénieur, vous justifiez idéalement d’une première expérience dans un contexte professionnel exigeant (banque, consulting, start-up) ou au sein d’un pôle commercial.

- Une excellente communication orale et écrite, nos clients sont composés de profils occupant des fonctions de direction dans des entreprises du CAC40 et de fondateurs/dirigeants de start-up
- Un goût prononcé pour le travail en équipe
- Une bonne connaissance de l’actualité économique et de l’univers start-up
- De la proactivité
- De la persévérance
- Une très bonne maîtrise de l’anglais et des outils bureautiques (Pack office, notamment Excel)
