**The opportunity**:
The Digital and Omni Tech Platform Leader role is one of the key actors of our Sephora Digital & Technology Strategy. In this role, you will be influential in supporting our customer-driven culture by establishing the capabilities enabling an outstanding omni-platform experience for our customers globally.
Reporting to the Global CIO and working with Regional CIOs and across our Sephora ecosystem, you will be accountable to drive the convergence of the Tech Architecture, Operating Model and Delivery Models of Digital and Omni Tech Platforms, and drive Sephora’s Digital Tech Reusability agenda at a Global and Regional level.

**Strategy**
- Be accountable for the strategy and vision to drive our Digital and Omni Tech approach and to maximize the reuse of practices, artefacts, technologies in the Digital Omni space: promoting a culture of technology and software sharing across the organization, establishing, "owning" and continuously updating the Sephora Global Reuse Repository Structure, identifying and implementing the progression of skills/capabilities needed to grow our Digital and Omni Tech maturity, etc.
- Partner with Regional CIOs and teams to enable convergence and reusability
- Identify opportunities to improve personalization of interactions across channels/platforms
- Oversee all regional projects in Digital Omni Tech space to ensure they deliver expected business benefits and leverage capabilities at Sephora and - when meaningful - at LVMH level
**Operations and Processes**
- Build future global roadmap, governance model & standards, and capabilities for Reuse. Regularly refresh the roadmap based on Industry trends, Sephora Business needs and priorities
- Implement and monitor meaningful Global KPIs that show the progress in the convergence journey and its value
- Be accountable for working with Regional CIOs to secure necessary budgets and resources, and drive a culture of Reusability in collaboration with Regional Business leads and Product Owners - including influencing Regional KPIs as needed/where possible to meet Global Reusability targets
- Benchmark best practices, architectures, and models within the Group and outside to identify opportunities to share and improve
- Drive the evaluation of a new Global IT Operating model for the digital and omni Tech domains to leverage our scale and best practices across the world
**Governance, Teams & Vendor Management**
- Chair global governance council meetings; achieve consensus on reuse technologies components and software
- Partner with CTO and EA to define and implement a Digital and information systems architecture coherent with all layers of the technology stack (from Operations and Processes)
- Manage vendor relationships related to technology and services partners in scope acting at Global or cross-regional basis
- Stay current and lead strategic conversations within Sephora (Globally and Regionally) on latest global technologies and trends related to software Reuse
- Minimum of 10 to 15 years in a Digital Channel/Platform leadership role and in delivering Digital transformation initiatives following MACH trends, Omni Channel/Platform implementation, e2e stack optimization with Regional Reuse potential/opportunities. Global Retail environment is a plus.
- Proven experience (minimum 6 - 8 years) and knowledge in
- Leading digital transformation in a Global environment with continuous delivery improvements through data driven insights and well-constructed trials
- Establishing global Governance models and processes to meet Global/Regional Digital targets (focus on reusability is a plus)
- Managing C suite and Regional - Global matrix relationships
- Supporting Business decision making towards prioritization; conflict resolution with a win - win approach
