**Manager, Marketing & Public Relations**:

**HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND LEARN?**
- Design, plan, implement and evaluate well-thought-out campaigns related to Consumer Marketing, Trade Marketing and PR.
- Data analysis to align accordingly marketing & PR plan.
- Assist in managing, monitoring and motivating PR agency to ensure that PR programmes are properly fulfilled.
- Recommend, plan and execute creative, cost-effective promotional opportunities towards incremental business development.
- Proactively seek, establish and maintain contacts with trade/non trade companies in order to provide promotional Consumer Marketing, Trade Marketing & PR partnership opportunities, prepare and oversee fulfilment of such agreements.
- Monitor project budget, ensure FPP compliance and sufficient supporting documents, and prepare reporting documents.
- Monitor Travel Industry trends and development that may affect tourism to the destination.
- Maintain regular and effective communication with HO Management & teams involved in local Consumer Marketing, Trade Marketing & PR activities, as well as Finance & Admin.
- Development and preparation of presentations and meetings as requested.
- Represent HKTB in Senior Manager, France & French-speaking Europe’s absence at functions and projects.

**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- Minimum of 8 years professional marketing and sales experience, preferably in travel.
- Experience in travel industry such as NTOs, airlines or tour operators is a plus.
- Must have superior English verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical, creative thinking and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management and negotiation skills.
- Must have a firm grasp of market research and understand its significance in developing objectives and a marketing plan accordingly.
- Ability to exercise a proactive leadership role and to be an effective team player where and when appropriate.
- An assertive, resourceful achiever and an organized self-motivator.
- Willingness to travel.

**LOCATION**:

- The position is located in our Paris office.
- We do not offer moving allowances from other cities.
