**Category Sourcing Manager (H/F)**
**Poste en CDI, basé à Paris**
**Correspondez-vous au profil ?**
Vous êtes issu(e) d’une formation commerciale et/ou ingénieur avec une dominante en Achats ?
Vous justifiez de plus de sept ans d’expérience en achats dans un contexte international ?
Vous avez une très bonne maîtrise d’Excel et d'un ERP (la connaissance de SAP est un plus) ?
Doté(e) d’un excellent relationnel et d’un sens du leadership, vous savez faire preuve de force de proposition ?

**Qu’attendons-nous de vous ?**
Rattaché au Responsable Achats Indirects de la Maison et basé à Paris, vous avez pour responsabilité de piloter le portefeuille d’achats dont vous êtes responsable, sur les catégories Store Design Planning et Accessoires boutiques.
Pour ce faire, vous agissez en véritable partenaire de vos clients internes, pour définir votre roadmap, construire et déployer votre stratégie d’achats sur les catégories de votre portefeuille. Vous supportez également le processus d’Appel d’Offres, de la définition des besoins au retour d’expérience du projet, et veillez à la sélection des fournisseurs sur les critères Qualité/Coût/Délai/Performance/Compliance et RSE.
Vous maintenez une veille sourcing, assurez l’évaluation et l’animation d’un panel de fournisseurs répondant aux attentes de la Maison, et veillez à construire une base de connaissance solide sur les structures de coûts de vos catégories.
Vous contribuez au rayonnement de la fonction Achat Indirect en étant le garant du respect de la Politique Achat au sein de la Maison, et en étant force de proposition sur des innovations marché et d’amélioration des processus, permettant de gagner en efficience et en impact.
Vous travaillerez en collaboration avec le Groupe Richemont et les Maisons sur des projets transverses, et mènerez des projets pilotes.
