Quels que soient les besoins des entreprises, Flatchr a des solutions pour faciliter la mission du recrutement, en améliorant l’organisation et l’efficacité des embauches, tout en leur faisant économiser du temps et de l’argent.
Plus qu’une **solution** **Saas**, Flatchr est la scale-up française qui disrupte le recrutement trop longtemps laissé-pour-compte, afin qu’il prenne une place centrale en entreprise, qu'il soit collaboratif et digitalisé
En phase de croissance, Flatchr s’agrandit et s’organise, c’est dans ce contexte que nous sommes à la recherche de futurs Customer care specialist pour compléter notre équipe actuelle de 4, enrichir le pôle et participer à sa croissance
Contact privilégié.e du client, tu seras un acteur majeur de la garantie de notre produit et de la croissance de Flatchr
**Au quotidien tu devras**:
- Gérer le chat et les demandes dédiés au Service:
- Qualifier les problèmes (incidents, mauvaise utilisation du produit, mauvaise compréhension client...), ️
- Lancer des actions de support (diagnostic, identification, formulation, suivre la résolution)
- Confirmer le suivi et les retours aux utilisateurs ️
- Garantir la mise à jour des supports de formation : FAQ, Flatchr Academy etc
- Améliorer les moyens de communication en recensant et en analysant les besoins du client
- Détecter des opportunités commerciales
- Communiquer les opportunités commerciales auprès des commerciaux ou CSM, selon le besoin
**Profil recherché**:
- Tu as une première expérience significative dans le support dans une entreprise Saas BtoB
- Tu es à l’aise avec les clients
- Tu sauras t’adapter rapidement à un environnement innovant
- Tu sais faire preuve de résilience, persévérance et d’organisation
- Tu es bienveillant.e, empathique et empathique
- Tu es force de proposition
- Tu possèdes un niveau d'anglais professionnel
