In this team, we partner with HR functions and the IT department to deliver excellent HR products, technology, data, driving best-in-class employee experience. With a dual focus of improving our core systems while driving innovation with new technology, this highly ambitious team is the place to discover how global digital projects are managed, within an international, highly diverse, and fast-paced environment.
The Digital Talent Acquisition Manager reports to the Digitalization Stream Lead Talent and Learning Director and in this role will be the cornerstone to ensure the perfect fit of our Talent Acquisition digital initiative in our HR digital landscape, by supporting our Business Process Manager and connect with our IT team to build world class solution to attract the best Talent outside. As we aim for the best for our infrastructure, we aim for the best people to join our team. In this role you will play a key role to support our new ATS implementation based on ICIMS solution, bridging request to innovative solutions and support the implementation and usage of the tool. You will also support and enable the Talent Acquisition ecosystem and ensure proper growth to smoothly connect every brick of of our new infrastructure.
Your missions:
Inspiring
- Inspire our Talent Acquisition team and business project manager by using our solution at the speed of a Ferrari.
- Provide digital guidance to the Talent Acquisition communities on the best usage of our solution.
- Ensure digital adoption with the co-ownership of the Global Talent Acquisition team.
Sustaining
- Provide digital guidance to the Talent Acquisition communities on the best usage of our solution.
- Follow metrics and find area of improvement within process or new digital solution.
- Support the Business Process Owner and the IT in the day-to-day improvement of our new ATS with new features, ways of working, new concepts such as AI, Skills recruitments.
- Ensure a smooth and continuous perfect integration within our digital HR landscape to support future initiatives.
Exploring
- Scoot for innovative solution to bring Talent Acquisition at again a new level up.
- Advise Business Process Manager on our technological roadmap.
About you
- Fluency in English
- Master's degree in IT or HR- Previous experience in deploying and managing ATS (ICIMS knowledge is a plus) or HR IS systems. Strong digital skills and knowledge. Strong project management skills
- Ability to understand business-driven needs and their link to strategic business objectives
- Ability to manage (wing-to-wing) Talent Acquisition projects
- Ability to network and federate project members through motivation and enthusiasm (leading by influence, not by hierarchy)
- Agility, entrepreneurship, curiosity, autonomy, proactivity, positive attitude, sharing and collaborative mindset. Innovative and agile mindset, data driven and solution oriented, ability to challenge a project team/scope in a constructive way
