notre client international recrute un(e) technicien informatique orienté service client

sous la responsabilité du responsable informatique, votre rôle majeur sera répondre aux questions d'ordre technique et d'apporter des conseils pour les résoudre

vous contribuerez également à l'installation et à la maintenance des ordinateurs/systèmes informatiques ainsi qu'au développement et à l'optimisation de nos processus

vos principales missions:
soutien opérationnel au responsable informatique

planifier, mettre en place et configurer un poste de travail et ses composants logiciels et matériels,

répondre aux questions informatiques et techniques des utilisateurs,

recommander des modifications ou des améliorations des procédures afin d'accroître la qualité et les normes de l'assistance informatique

respecter et aider à la rédaction des processus informatiques et aider à la préparation de la documentation technique et des formations.

aide à la réalisation de divers projets

contribution à la continuité du fonctionnement du système...

**Exigences**:
**you**

fort(e) d'une formation de niveau bac+2 minimum en informatique et/ou systèmes et/ou réseaux et support

vous justifiez d'une première expérience acquise en entreprise, idéalement dans le domaine du help desk durant 2 années min 2 années (y compris en alternance)**dans cet univers international vous parlez et écrivez couramment le français et l'anglais**

vous avez le sens du client et disposez de solides compétences en matière de communication et d'adaptation

vous êtes rigoureux et saurez faire preuve d'autonomie, proposer des solutions et prendre des initiatives pour mener à bien vos missions

environnement technique:
connaissance des environnements d'exploitation (os windows pc et serveurs)

connaissance et maîtrise des principaux outils (azure/entra, ms office, outlook, sharepoint...)

capacité à diagnostiquer et à résoudre les problèmes techniques.

création/maintenance de processus

connaissance des réseaux (dhcp, dns, ip, firewall,..)

sensibilisation à la sécurité et à la conformité

connaissance des produits bureautiques, des bases de données et du contrôle à distance.

bonne compréhension des systèmes informatiques, des appareils mobiles et d'autres produits technologiques

capacité à diagnostiquer et à résoudre des problèmes techniques de base
