En tant qu’Account Manager chez Hubvisory, tu développeras les activités de l’entreprise afin de faire croître notre chiffre d’affaires tant sur le plan stratégique qu’opérationnel.

Afin de mener tes futures missions à bien, certains prérequis sont attendus : être passioné.e par le Sales, faire preuve de leadership et d’engagement, être orienté.e et motivé.e par la performance et la recherche de résultats, être en capacité d’accompagner et mentorer des collaborateurs, apprécier le contact client et être en capacité de projeter une vision auprès d’un public de décideurs (C-levels).

Tu possèdes ces prérequis et tu es en recherche de challenges ? Alors les missions suivantes devraient te plaire:
Stratégie et management:

- Être force de proposition pour améliorer la stratégie commerciale d’Hubvisory et renforcer l’efficacité du processus commercial
- Être en capacité d’animer une équipe commerciale et des responsables métier

Account Management
- Avoir une stratégie de gestion et animation de comptes clients clés
- Encourager la croissance des comptes existants par de l’account management
- Lancer une démarche Sales sur de nouvelles offres pour tester certaines propositions innovantes

Sales et prospection
- Être en capacité de prospecter de nouvelles cibles jusqu’au closing d’opportunités (calls, propositions commerciales, pitchs )
- Renforcer l’effort de prospection pour faire connaitre Hubvisory et son offre auprès de comptes cibles
- Produire des propositions commerciales de qualité et différenciante vis-à-vis de la concurrence
- Mesurer et faire remonter les datas issues de la performance commerciale
- Suivre et renforcer le processus growth en place avec les actions marketing pour développer l’influence et la génération de leads

Profil recherché

Aujourd’hui, le.la Super-Hubvisor rêvé.e aurait le profil suivant:

- Une passion pour les nouvelles technologies, le digital et l’innovation
- Une expérience probante de 2 à 3 ans minimum dans le métier de la vente (Sales, Commercial ou encore Business Developer et si EN PLUS ces expériences sont dans le domaine de la prestation de services ou celui du logiciel (SaaS), cela sera particulièrement apprécié )
- Un fort leadership avec des qualités en termes de communication (écrites comme orales)
- Un dynamisme, un excellent relationnel, une force de persuasion et une aisance avec le contact client
- Une recherche du résultat et de la performance pour encourager la croissance de la société
- Une confiance en tes qualités pour réussir à atteindre tes objectifs
- Une autonomie et une capacité à prendre des initiatives
- Une capacité de mentoring, d’accompagnement et de management sur ses sujets de maitrise
- Une volonté de monter en compétences et d’acquérir sans cesses de nouveaux savoirs
- Une rigueur et une analyse fines
- Un esprit travailleur (Et oui, il y a du boulot )
