**Consumer Market Insights Manager Fine Fragrances** - Your future position?

As a Consumer Market Insights Manager, you serve as a business partner with responsibility for specific customers. You will lead, design, execute and communicate market research projects and build consumer understanding in line with the company's business objectives.

**You will**:

- Project Manage/Lead regional and cross-regional Market Research projects for Fine Fragrance key accounts
- Identification of methodology for Consumer Market Research
- Management of Data Analysis
- Act as CMI Business Partner for internal colleagues, working closely on projects throughout the development cycle, providing in-depth interpretation of results to guide fragrance development and selection and to help to build rationale to support our submissions etc
- Support sales and development teams to discuss and review CMI strategies, methodologies and results
- Act as market research expert in direct contact with clients, when appropriate, to discuss and review CMI strategies, methodologies and results
- Ensure CMI data is stored and accessible for future reference.
- Mentor and coach CMI analysts.

**Required skills**:

**Your professional profile includes**:

- Minimum 7 years of experience in market research in agency or client sides. Experience in the beauty/cosmetics industry will be a plus
- Demonstrates competent knowledge and use of qualitative and quantitative Market Research methodologies
- Expertise in advance statistics (clustering, correspondence analysis etc) and statistical software (XLSTAT)
- Project Management experience. Ability to manage multiple clients & projects simultaneously
- Solid presentation skills to clearly communicate consumer findings. Ability to transform data into actionable insights and inspiring stories
- Verbal and written command of French and English
