Cartier International recrute un/une:
**Fragrance Communication Project Manager (F/H) - CDI**

Au sein de l’équipe Communication Parfums et en lien avec la Responsable Communications, le Fragrance Communication Project Manager contribue au développement et à la mise en œuvre de la stratégie de communication internationale des parfums Cartier.

A ce titre, ses missions principales sont les suivantes:

- Participation à l’élaboration des stratégies 360 de communication parfums
- Réflexion sur la communication 360 autour des lancements produits (média, PR, influence, CRM, organique, events, etc.)
- Élaboration des briefs à destination des équipes intenes pour la création des assets nécessaires aux lancements : Direction artistique, Digital, RP, CRM, Média, Communication interne etc.
- En collaboration étroite avec l’équipe éditoriale, suivi des rédactions des dossiers de presse en cohérence avec les objectifs de communication
- Accompagnement des marchés** **dans l’implémentation de la stratégie 360:

- Elaboration de guidelines à destination des filiales
- Accompagnement des projets proposés par les filiales
- Participation à l’élaboration de la stratégie de communication de Mathilde Laurent, parfumeur Maison, et à sa mise en œuvre sur différents touchpoints
- Presse : relecture des interviews en collaboration avec le département presse
- Evènements : organisation ad hoc d’événements presse pour promouvoir Mathilde Laurent, sa vision, et ses créations
- Pilotage de la performance:

- Reporting des campagnes 360
- Assurer le suivi du budget communication
- Management d’un stagiaire

**Profil**

Issu(e) d’une formation supérieure en Communication, école de commerce, ou universités, vous bénéficiez d’une expérience de 4 ans minimum en agence ou chez l’annonceur, et avez été amené à gérer des projets similaires pour une marque de luxe ou au sein d’un groupe de cosmétique international.

Organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et autonome, vous savez gérer les priorités et avez d’excellenntes compétences en gestion de projets complexes.

Véritable chef d’orchestre, vous savez adapter votre communication à différents interlocuteurs et êtes capable de collaborer avec des expertises très diverses et des cultures hétérogènes.

Votre esprit d’analyse vous permet d’être force de proposition, orienté(e) solution et performance.
