**Role description**:

- EMEAI Pricing Leader will drive the global pricing strategy across Europe, Middle East, Turkey & India, supporting leaders in achieving price targets
- Grow total gross margin dollars by identifying pricing actions that encourage higher sale values, conversion rates, elasticity, margin rates, and customer satisfaction
- Manage, research, and resolve pricing related data & analytics questions from business partners; conduct hands-on data mining and analysis to identify issues and resolve
- Become an effective business partner for all things pricing - enable action at the regional level by gathering micro-level actionable insights and competitive intelligence
- Assist in bringing market insights to senior leadership and enable price execution for different business units
- Assist Pricing team to run analytics and insights reviews with region stakeholders on monthly basis by developing business dashboards
- Ability to defend data-based findings to internal stakeholders and help support businesses to drive performance based on these insights
- Ensure SOPs are consistently used and keep detailed notes memorializing approaches used for future reference, including any pricing discounts, deals or anomalies. Analyse complex financial, statistical, and competitor price data and recommends price changes to improve profitability.
- Be sensitive to pricing trend analysis, especially by technology, model, manufacturer and share with stakeholders
- Other duties as assigned

**Role requirements**:

- 5-10 years of prior experience with B2B pricing preferably in the life science, diagnostics or laboratory instrument space
- Prior experience in people management
- Advanced proficiency with MS Excel
- Proficiency (basic to intermediate level) with Alteryx preferred
- Proficiency with data visualization tools - SpotFire, PowerBi, Tableau is considered an asset
- SAP and Business Objects knowledge would be an advantage
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good business understanding and can do -attitude
