Le département Global Ecommerce recherche son/sa Global Eretailers Generalists Leader CDI H/F suite à une mobilité au sein de l'équipe.

Votre rôle sera d'être le point de contact des Eretailers et market place monde, et de faire le lien avec les marchés au quotidien (définition et accompagnement du déploiement de la stratégie en local).

Dans ce cadre, vous:

- Établissez et menez les relations commerciales avec les Eretailers Generalists et les market place
- Assurez la performance des acteurs de manière durable
- Assurez la cohérence du modèle de marché afin de l'intégrer dans notre écosystème de vente (en ligne et hors ligne) et identifiez les meilleures pratiques
- Partagez les meilleures pratiques et aidez les marchés à lancer leur propre modèle avec les meilleurs partenaires locaux
- Accompagnez au quotidien les principaux marchés auprès des Eretailers pour identifier de nouvelles opportunités et développer des projets pilotes pour nous aider à gagner des parts de marché supplémentaires et à prendre le leadership dans la mesure du possible.

Profil recherché

De profil de niveau Bac+5 type Ecole de commerce/Université spécialisation Ecommerce, vous justifiez d'une expérience de minimum 6 ans dans le Ecommerce, idéalement à l'international (ou sur des marchés internationaux)

Expérience impérative au sein d'une market place

La maitrise de l'anglais courant est indispensable sur ce poste (niveau C1)

Vous êtes rigoureux, organisé et vous savez travailler en équipe

Vous êtes doté d'un excellent relationnel

Vous avez une réelle appétence pour la Beauté

Vous savez mener des négociations
- Poste basé à Boulogne (92) avec 2 jours de télétravail par semaine
