OBJECTIF DU POSTE:
Le spécialiste Qualité Go To Market est responsable de la qualité des produits sur le marché de la catégorie Ice Cream

Le spécialiste GtM soutient ou dirige tous les sujets liés à la qualité des consommateurs, des clients, des autorités et des organismes de contrôle de certification pour les produits Unilever.

En outre, il / elle se concentre sur la protection, la mise en œuvre, l’exécution et la fourniture d’un soutien technique /qualité à la logistique, à l’équipe des opérations France, aux équipes Business Unit Qualité et aux équipes commerciales françaises

La prise de décision a un impact direct sur la sécurité des consommateurs et la qualité des produits Unilever (UL) sur le marché, ce qui a un impact sur la réputation et la valeur de la marque UL.

Il s’agit d’un rôle clé dans l’atténuation et la gestion des risques opérationnels (conception et production de produits qui répondent à nos normes environnementales, de sécurité des consommateurs et qualité).

Le spécialiste Qualité est rattaché directement au responsable de la qualité MSO (Marketing & Sales Organization)

MISSIONS DU POSTE:
- Gestion des consommateurs et des réclamations clients (analyse des tendances, communication, actions et suivi). Bien que l’interaction réelle avec le consommateur se fasse par le biais de notre Service Relation Consommateur, le spécialiste qualité GtM s’assure que la bonne procédure est suivie, il est informé en cas de problèmes de sécurité des consommateurs et apporte son aide dans les réclamations difficiles des consommateurs.- Amélioration de la culture de la qualité en France- Dirige les incidents et les crises d’un point de vue Gtm (dépend du cas - du lead à l’assistance)- Agit en tant que premier point de contact pour les autorités en cas de problèmes / incidents (dépendu du cas : du lead à l’assistance)- Dirige le programme d’amélioration de la qualité pour les clients (Out Of Home)- Protège les standards qualité en conformité à la norme Unilever dans nos centres de distribution/entrepots, nos sites de reconditionnement/repackers et nos partenaires de licence par le biais d’audits et de visites techniques- Gère le coût de la non-qualité et le plan d’actions correctives pour les résoudre et les prévenir- S’assure que les fonctions pertinentes au sein de la MSO France sont informées des problèmes qualité et engagées dans le processus d’amélioration- S’assure que l’ensemble des activités de mise en marché est prêt à exécuter un rappel public- Soutient la stratégie, la gouvernance et les objectifs d’UL Quality par le biais de projets et d’objectifs spécifiques- Soutenir l’intégration de nouvelles activités acquises (M&A) du point de vue de la mise sur le marché- Veille à ce que les changements de processus et les spécifications répondent aux exigences réglementaires locales et aux besoins en matière de qualité des produits- Analyse ciblée des données de qualité et préparation de rapports de performance basés sur les KPIs (Key Performance Indicator)- Participation ou animation de projets locaux de qualité et déploiement [organiser des formations si nécessaire]- Identification et transfert des « Best Practices » dans l’entreprise

COMPETENCES RECHERCHEES:
- Diplôme universitaire en sciences générales ou dans une discipline technique (de préférence : diplôme en biologie, en chimie, en génie, en sciences de l'alimentation ou en microbiologie)- Minimum 3 ans d'expérience commerciale FMCG (biens de consommation à rotation rapide) en qualité, R&D ou fabrication- Réalisations éprouvées et reconnues en gestion des risques et du changement- Étendue de l'expérience dans l'alimentation et/ou la cosmétique/détergence- Une expérience d'auditeur est fortement préférée- Parle couramment le français et l'anglais.- Capable de travailler de manière organisée et structurée même sous pression
