WEP est une organisation internationale qui rassemble ses équipes depuis plus de 30 ans autour d’une passion commune : celle de la découverte du monde. Chaque année, ce sont près de 10.000 jeunes Européens qui choisissent leurs programmes pour s’envoler vers une cinquantaine de pays. Leur grande force c’est la variété des voyages proposés : études en lycée à l’étranger, séjours linguistiques, volontariat, stages, visa vacances-travail
Grâce à leurs projets éducatifs et culturels à l’étranger, ils fournissent à leurs participants des clés qui leur permettent de grandir en se confrontant aux différences et en découvrant de nouvelles façons de voir le monde. Ils contribuent à renforcer les valeurs d’ouverture, de respect de l’autre, et d’acceptation de la différence.
Vos missions
**En tant que Sales Advisor chez WEP, tu devras**:
- Être orienté.e clients en étant à l’écoute de nos futurs participant.e.s, en anticipant leurs questions et leurs besoins, pour instaurer une relation de confiance. Ton rôle est essentiel : tu es la vitrine de WEP
- Connaître nos programmes sur le bout des doigts en te formant continuellement sur les updates et les nouveautés, par le biais notamment d’un contact avec nos partenaires à l’étranger.
- Participer à la promotion de nos programmes et booster nos ventes via l’organisation d’évènements, actions de promotions, contacts avec la presse, réalisation de vidéos promotionnelles, envoi de mailings et de brochures
Vos compétences
- Tu es passionné.e par les voyages et convaincu.e de leur valeur éducative
- Tu as le sens du contact et un tempérament commercial
- Tu es un ou une entrepreneur/entrepreneuse dans l’âme
- Tu as idéalement une première expérience professionnelle sur un poste de vente en B2C
- Tu as déjà vécu une expérience à l’étranger (programme scolaire, séjour linguistique, stage, voyage de longue durée )
- Tu as un niveau d’anglais correct
