**DP World **is hiring **Sales Manager in Lyon **who has extensive **Freight Forwarding **experience. In this role, you will be responsible for developing a Book Of Business within the Branch´s geographical reach by implementing company´s commercial strategies and products with the aim of accelerating growth.
**How you will contribute**:
- Manage Book Of business ensuring constant growth in Volume, Revenue and Margin
- Liaise with Branch Operations in order to ensure proper SOPs are customized around client needs
- Assist clients in their day to day requests related to export/import quotations/negotiations in order to ensure proper opportunity closing
- Liaise with DP World´s internal Network and external partners in order to guarantee the best possible service assistance
- Daily work on our CRM system in order to properly manage personal pipeline and record activity that will be base for Field Sales Incentive Scheme
**Your key qualifications**:
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or a similar discipline
- Solid and demonstrated working knowledge of the Freight Forwarding Industry
- Ability to research, identify, tackle, grow and close business opportunities, ensuring the needed support from product and operations
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet various deadlines
- Intermediate computer skills with a proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate with clients, carriers, other forwarders, vendors
- Excellent command in English & French (written and spoken) - additional languages are an advantage
