Role Summary
The role of a Workplace Lead is to provide support to the Facilities Management team on varying tasks including
- Responding to customer issues and providing a resolution
Supporting with moves and changes across the building
Customer Experience to ensure that the visitor experience is seamless
Facilities related administrative duties - ensuring paperwork is accurate and data driven by our dashboards is being responded too
Spearhead the development and rollout of companies’ brand propositions and various campaigns.
The ability to develop assets, working in partnership with the local, regional teams both internal and external to ensure that the messaging, brand and tone of voice reflect the client’s vision
Own and develop the content marketing strategy to include all mediums, ensuring assets match mediums for the greatest impact.
Work closely with all stakeholders to coordinate local, regional and global campaigns

Key Responsibilities
To ensure that all customers experience service excellence consistently. Providing a warm, courteous and prompt response to customer requests.
To support the Facilities Management team in responding to issues that may arise
Reviewing data and analysing the results to drive efficiencies across our work streams
Liaising with Personal Assistant & Executive Assistant teams, clients & visitors and providing excellent customer service.
Ensure that client spaces are immaculate at all times, taking ownership of the space and reporting issues appropriately
Using empowerment for problem resolution whilst enhancing the FM experience

Role Requirements
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal, understanding your audience so that messaging lands appropriately
Significant Marketing and Communications experience with the ability to quickly to quickly analyse complex information and present it in an easy to understand, readable and engaging way
You will preferably have significant experience in corporate comms and be CIM or CIPR (or similar) qualified or part qualified
Strong experience of using social media platforms, blogging and understanding of various digital media platforms for content such as web conferencing, video streaming and podcasts; with a track record of communicating via social media for corporate purposes
Excellent people engagement and influencing skills
