**Partnership Development Associate**

AXA’s Management Committee is driving a unique strategic initiative - Digital Commercial Platform (DCP) - designed to transform AXA’s value proposition. Through DCP, AXA will serve existing and new clients and partners through an evolving business model, where the focus is on risk prediction, prevention and management.
AXA DCP relies on creating a platform of AXA’s risk insights, risk management, and risk prevention capabilities to enhance and support our service offering to commercial clients and third parties. End users will be able to access a broad selection of data built on existing or developing AXA assets. The platform will also create value by monetizing unique capabilities and services for our customers, aggregating, and delivering insights from unique data sets with external partners, and fostering end-customer relationships in alignment with brokers.
AXA DCP aims to:
- Improve our underwriting pricing and claims capabilities across the commercial lines book of business of AXA Group
- Create a platform for risk management and prevention services
- Build an ecosystem of business partners

The Partnership Development Associate plays a crucial role in supporting the growth and success of AXA DCP’s partnership ecosystem by managing existing relationships effectively and actively seeking out new partnership opportunities. Your role will be to help to nurture these relationships, manage accounts, and have an impact on client satisfaction. Are you ready to make your mark?

What will your essential responsibilities include?
- Assisting and working closely with the Chief Partnership Officer and other stakeholders in managing existing partnerships
- Conducting business development activities to identify, develop, and administer strategic partnerships to realize key objectives.
- Conducting market analysis and competitor research to identify potential new partnership opportunities by researching business opportunities, supports due diligence activities, and implements plans and strategies for new alliances.
- Contributing to the design of the partners onboarding process, and supporting the onboarding process for new partners
- Collaborating closely with the Client, Technology and Product offices, to understand client needs needs and requirements, and ensure the partners are embedded within our transversal roadmap for AXA DCP.
- Creating reports and updates on partnership activities, performance, progress, outcomes and KPIs
- Assisting with negotiations and the development and preparation of formal agreements with new partners collaborating closely with Operations Office on all Legal, procurement and security aspects.
- Assisting with other tasks and projects related to partnership management and business development as needed
- Coordinating partnership activities with stakeholders across the organization
- Facilitating project delivery by engaging with key stakeholders (internal and external) in a positive way, building trusted relationships, and ensuring completion of project requirements within set timeframes
