**Natus Medical Incorporated**, groupe international leader dans la vente de matériel d’électronique médicale pour la Neurologie, recherche, un **Ingénieur IT ‘Informatique et Electronique Médicale’ h/f** pour sa filiale française **Deltamed - Natus France**. Poste majoritairement en bureau ou télétravail, horaire hebdomadaire de 39h du lundi au vendredi.
***_Description du poste :_**
Rattaché à la direction du SAV France et en étroite collaboration avec les ventes, vous assurez auprès des hôpitaux, des cliniques et laboratoires privés:
- La gestion des projets informatiques chez nos clients, la définition de leur besoin par rapport à nos solutions d’électronique et informatique médicale
- Le suivi des installations (avant-vente et après-vente) de nos produits
- La préparation, et le déploiement sur site de nos équipements médicaux en collaboration avec nos équipements techniques régionales ;
- La préparation et le déploiement des solutions HL7
- L’assistance technique téléphonique et en télémaintenance de nos clients concernant les sujet IT
- La formation informatique de nos équipes de nos responsables techniques régionaux
- Des interventions sur site concernant les activités techniques sur nos produits
Déplacements à prévoir sur la région Centre, Est, ou France entière, en avant-vente ou après-vente
***_Profil et compétences : _**
Vous avez une formation d’ingénieur reconnue type Ecole d’ingénieur informatique, Bac +5 en informatique
- Vous disposez de bonnes connaissances en architecture IT, des serveurs Windows et systèmes d’exploitations Windows, des bases de données SQL, de réseau TCP/IP et des virtualisations.
- La connaissance des standards HL7 (voir DICOM), des outils Mirth sont un plus.
- Vous avez idéalement une expérience de 2/3 ans en ingénieur Service ;
- Vous avez le sens du contact clientèle, du service et de la satisfaction des clients ;
- Vous savez travailler en équipe avec nos collègues du SAV et des ventes
- Vous êtes pragmatique, autonome, et rigoureux dans votre organisation ;
Idéalement, vous êtes domicilié en région Lyonnaise.
**_Langues parlées:_**
Vous avez un très bon niveau en Anglais parlé et écrit, qui vous permet de communiquer au sein du groupe et avec vos équivalents à l’étranger (Europe et US) ;
