Au sein d'une équipe Logistique performante, basée sur une culture d'amélioration continue le Manager Collaboration (H/F) a pour mission de:

- Gérer un portefeuille de Comptes Clients
- Piloter des initiatives Supply depuis nos usines jusqu’aux points de ventes, génératrices de valeur

**Les Responsabilités du département sont**:

- De développer la Relation de Collaboration avec nos Clients Nationaux sur les circuits Alimentaires et Hors-Foyer,
- De construire des plans stratégiques à long terme avec nos clients et la BU.
- D’élaborer et piloter des projets de collaboration visant à éliminer les pertes de l'usine jusqu’ au point de distribution, en concertation avec les clients et les BU locales de CCEP.
- De développer des business cases et de quantifier la création de valeur pour toutes les parties prenantes, en garantissant le retour sur investissement.
- De satisfaire les besoins des clients aux niveaux interne et externe en mettant en place des solutions logistiques innovantes dans le respect des paramètres de coût et de service.

**Vos missions au sein du département seront**:

- De contribuer à la création et à la mise en œuvre des Plans Stratégiques Annuels et long terme avec la BU et avec nos clients
- De gérer efficacement les relations avec les parties prenantes internes et externes, via des rendez-vous clients, des échanges réguliers, des réunions et routines internes,
- De relayer les directives de Coût et de Service en assurant une plus grande précision aux prévisions de vente, en particuliers pour les volumes promotionnels,
- De piloter et animer les indicateurs de performance des activités et projets en cours avec les clients, grâce à des outils et routines,
- D’identifier les opportunités d’optimisation de la Supply Chain du client en termes de Coût et de niveau de Service et de mettre en œuvre, de façon transversale et avec toutes les parties (Equipes commerciale, category planning, promotion, équipe service clients, transport)
- De démontrer la création de valeur ajoutée des initiatives mises en place par le développement d’outils de suivi et de valorisation,
- D’atteindre l'excellence fonctionnelle et d’initier, et/ou participer à des projets ayant pour objectif l'amélioration des processus et des outils utilisés pour la collaboration clients

De formation supérieure (Ingénieure ou Commerciale), vous avez acquis une expérience d’au moins 5 ans en gestion de relation clients Supply Chain ainsi qu’en gestion de projet.

Vous avez de bonnes capacités d’analyse et une bonne capacité à manipuler les chiffres / et flux de données. Vous êtes force de persuasion et de conviction, vous avez de bonnes capacités de communication. Votre niveau d’anglais doit être courant.
