Afin de structurer nos équipes nous recherchons un(e):
**Event Manager (F/H)**
Directement rattaché au Directeur Marketing, vous serez chargé de:
- Gérer toutes les opérations de l’évènement (préparation du lieu, des invitations, etc. ) ;
- Piloter la logistique des événements ;
- Assurer la coordination des équipes ;
- Concevoir des cahiers des charges et briefs afin de mener à bien les projets ;
- Gérer le budget ;
- Assurer l’interface entre les différents services impliqués ;
- Négocier avec les prestataires ;
- Evaluer le succès de l’événement à travers des indicateurs ;
- Assurer des reportings réguliers auprès de la Direction ;
- Assurer une veille technologique et juridique ;
De formation BAC+2 type BTS, DUT en communication, vous avez au minimum 2 à 3 ans d’expérience réussie sur un poste similaire, idéalement acquise dans la sécurité informatique.
Réactif et organisé, vous êtes capable de travailler en transverse avec différents services.
Doté d’un réel sens de l’écoute, vous avez à cœur de peaufiner tous les détails d’un projet événementiel pour assurer sa réussite.
Reconnu pour votre leadership d’entrepreneur, vous savez également vous adapter aux différentes situations que vous rencontrez et ainsi prendre des décisions opérationnelles.
Vous avez d’excellentes compétences en communication pour faire accepter vos idées et motiver toutes les personnes impliquées dans la création et la réalisation de l’événement.
La maîtrise de la suite Adobe (Photoshop, InDesign) et l’anglais serait un véritable plus.
Enfin, le poste à pourvoir en CDI à Les Pavillons-Sous-Bois (93).
