We are currently seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Trade Shows & Events Senior Manager based in Issy Les Moulineaux. As a key member of our Strategic Partnerships & International Sales department, you will be responsible for managing the Sales in Motion B2B client's event calendar, generating business for our hotels, and creating meaningful connections between our clients and hotels.
What will you do?
Design, plan, and promote the B2B Sales Clients Animation Plan for ENA.
Develop and execute a strategic event calendar composed of 12 to 15 events per year, covering all B2B segments and regions.
Ensure maximum impact and effectiveness from B2B events by introducing new ideas and processes to improve participants' journey and experience.
Translate Accor's values and strategy into memorable events, including 2 signature events per year for the ENA region and regional trade shows, roadshows, and workshops.
Provide a unique experience to our hotels and clients, positioning Sales in Motion as a state-of-the-art events team within the industry.
Manage the event manager team, allocate resources to different projects, and fulfill expectations.
Monitor the sales animation budget, maximize incomes, and minimize costs with an ROI-driven approach.
Work closely with different sales departments and stakeholders to implement efficient event management processes and tools.
Qualifications
Our ideal profile would be:
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in event management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Fluent in English and French.
Proficient in event management software and tools.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on generating value for Accor, hotels, and clients.
