As key member of the Brand Marketing team, pilot the instore activations for retail & support on instore activations for wholesale (Key Accounts + lighthouses). Support the execution and implementation of the Engagement projects.
Under the supervision of the Engagement & Channel Manager.
Strategy
Contribute to the Channel strategy for France for both Retail and Wholesale (Key Accounts + lighthouses)
- in support to the Channel Manager.
Lead & Implement
Pilot the channel activations for Retail in collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure an operational follow up and coordination (DTC, store staff, Brand Mkg, Digital Mkg, Creative Studio, BX, BE...) & support the Channel manager on instore activations for wholesale.
Be the key contact for operational requests from franchisees or wholesale partners
Lead the coordination with external agencies for retail activations and be a supportive contact for wholesale activations
Strategy
Contribute to the Engagement strategy for France in support to the Engagement Manager and in alignment with company positioning (music, sustainability, diversity & Inclusion) as well as cultural & business opportunities (eg. Festival Season, Paris 2024, etc.)
Lead & Implement
Support the Engagement projects with internal & external stakeholders:
> South Brand Mkg : support the south cluster coordination to make it a best in class region on engagement programs
> BM / BX / DM : support the cross-function coordination that will enable Engagement projects to be successful with an omnichannel approach
> support external agency coordination to ensure innovation & best-in-class executions
> Support the whole process of implementation
Knowledge & analysis
Ensure a close collaboration with cross-functional services to get a better understanding of the business and be able to take agile decision
Be a market expert developed thru experience, analysis, benchmark & competency watch
Analyze results & KPI's to get a test and clear vision and have concrete action plan to optimize strategy & plan
Team
Be a key member of the French Brand Marketing team and more broadly of the South Brand Marketing team by bringing a concrete vision, contribution and collaborative spirit.
Education : Student in Master 1 or Master 2 (preferably Master 2) - preferably in a marketing or communication specialty
- Work experience_ : Minimum of 6 months internship done within an apparel, youth or entertainment industry. Demonstrated ability to “read” the marketplace and be culturally connected to the youth-oriented consumer.
- Versatility_ : Preferably multi skilled experiences (Retail/Wholesale/Digital), intensive working in cross functional teams
- Multiplier at heart_ : Matrix understanding and efficient collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Brand/Consumer Expert_:
_Ability to “read” the marketplace and be culturally connected to the youth oriented consumer._
- Own the game_:
_ Ability to understand marketing measurements tools to focus spending allocation and evaluating success. Demonstrates that executed programs build brand equity._
- Brings Inspired Creative to Life_
- : Drives the brand “look and feel” through the right channels. Is fluent in next generation consumer marketing approaches (e.g. digital /social media) to generate consumer interest._
