Aruba Sales Specialist
This role has been designated as ‘Office’, which means you will primarily work from an HPE office.

We are looking for an **Aruba Sales Specialist **to join us In this amazing role, you can make your mark by driving proactive campaigns to build the pipeline, using your specialized knowledge and skills to prospect, qualify, negotiate and close opportunities.
In a typical day, you would
- Be responsible for a defined set of private accounts in France
- Seek out new opportunities and expand and enhance existing opportunities to build and manage the pipeline in specialty area.
- Establish a professional, working, and consultative, relationship with the client, by developing a core understanding of the unique business needs of the client within their industry.
- Understand client requirements and competitively position company solutions to meet the needs to drive retention strategy
- Interface with both internal and external/industry experts to anticipate customer needs and facilitate solutions development. Build sales readiness and reduce client learning curve through effective knowledge transfer in area of specialization.
- Maintain knowledge of competitors in accounts to strategically position Aruba's products and services
- Achieve or overachieve assigned quota.

If you have these Skills, Expertise, Attitude and Education
- University, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent education/experience
- Typically, 5 - 10 years of sales and IT industry experience as referenced above.
- Self-driving and self-dependent personality.
- Entrepreneurial attitude and cross functional expertise.
- Passion for innovative technology and willingness for continuous learning.
- Ability to coordinate multiple internal and external partners on multiple levels to deliver appropriate solution sale.
- Very good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- High level customer management relationship building, working at all levels in various lines of business (finance, IT, purchasing )
- Accountability for achieving business results.
- Ability to understand the customer's business issues and translate creatively to the company's solutions
- Effective multitasking in a dynamic, complex, and fast-paced environment
- Fundamental networking skills (LAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, NAC) would be an advantage
- Business fluent language skills in French and English
