Média numéro un sur le secteur de l'immobilier commercial en France, Business Immo propose notamment un service dédié aux professionels de l'industrie (propriétaires, managers, investisseurs, consultants, institutions financières, promoteurs immobilier, avocats, notaires, autorités publiques, architectes, locataires ) basé sur une souscription. Son activité s'articule autour de 3 piliers fondamentaux:
- Se former : avec " Business Immo Formations ", un organisme de formation dédié aux professionnels du secteur et Business Immo School, une école dédiée aux futurs talents de l'immobilier
- Se rencontrer : avec des conférences, des salons, des événements en présentiel, phygital et évènements sportifs

**DESCIPTION DU POSTE**:
En tant qu’account manager, vous gèrerez en toute autonomie le portefeuille client existant, et aurez la charge de le développer auprès de l’ensemble des acteurs du Real Estate. L’objectif étant de prospecter, vendre, fidéliser et développer le CA global.
**RESPONSABILITES**:
- Acquérir une compréhension approfondie de vos clients et de leurs besoins
- Devenir un expert des produits Business Immo
- Gérer le cycle de vente dans son intégralité : prospection, ajustement de l’argumentaire commercial en fonction des profils cibles jusqu’à la signature au contrat, suivi clients
- Développer l’offre « corporate » :proposer une offre globale pour tous les salariés d’une même société
- Effectuer une présentation des produits en rendez-vous clients
- Fournir des informations précises aux acteurs du marché de l’immobilier professionnel sur toutes les classes d’actifs.
- Assurer une veille concurrentielle pour développer l’offre de service
- Représenter Business Immo (CoStar Group) en assistant à des événements de l’industrie et en réseautant avec des professionnels de l’immobilier
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- La maitrise de l'Anglais est obligatoire.
- Passionnés, travailleurs et ambitieux** **- En tant qu’innovateur, l’account manager doit s’adapter très rapidement pour saisir les opportunités et générer du chiffre d’affaire au quotidien.
- Apprendre rapidement de nouveaux concepts et les appliquer - les clients et prospects de Business Immo sont diversifiés et exigeants. L’account manager devra s’adapter aux différents secteurs et métiers.
- Curieux**:
- **Nos meilleurs vendeurs doivent démontrer de solides compétences d’écoute, d’adaptabilité et de persuasion.
- Excellents communicants** **- bonne expression orale et écrite demandées.
- Experience réussie dans le domaine de la vente
- Diplomés Bac+4/5 (Ecole de Commerce)
