Oxford Economics, cabinet indépendant leader mondial en recherche économique, cherche à recruter un **Customer Relationship Executive** pour aider l'équipe commerciale dans le renouvellement et le développement des contrats du bureau de Paris en France, Belgique, Portugal et Afrique francophone.

Ce poste basé à Paris s’inscrit dans le cadre de la forte croissance internationale d'Oxford Economics, et sera en interaction avec les autres bureaux (Francfort, Milan, Londres, US, Asie). Il constitue l’opportunité de rejoindre un acteur indépendant reconnu dans le monde entier pour la qualité de sa recherche économique.

**Les responsabilités relatives au poste seront de**:
Onboarding : Intégration des nouveaux comptes clients et gestion des utilisateurs sur Salesforce,Configuration des comptes et formation aux services.

Relation client : Répondre aux clients et assurer la liaison avec le service concerné (BD, économistes, IT etc).

Vie du compte : Travailler avec l'équipe commerciale pour identifier les opportunités de vente et les risques d'annulation. Contribuer à la définition d’une stratégie d'engagement clients, au renouvellement et à l'augmentation de la base d’abonnements.

Lien avec les services internes: Collaborer avec les départements Administratif & Finance pour les créations de compte fournisseur et suivis de paiement

Marketing-Evènementiel: Contribuer à la production de mailings réguliers. Participer à l’organisation d’événements et de webinaires. Assister à des webinaires, séminaires et événements

Montée en Compétences: Devenir compétent sur Salesforce. Maîtriser la navigation sur notre plateforme et bases de données. Informer les clients sur l'évolution des produits, expliquer la valeur et les cas d'utilisation des produits d’OE.

**Le profil recherché** sera rigoureux, autonome et à l'écoute. Il devra avoir un profil de formation supérieure (Bac +2, 3, 4 ou 5). La maîtrise des outils CRM sera appréciée, jusqu'à 3 ans d'expérience requise.
