Notre client est un acteur reconnu dans l’industrie du conditionnement et implanté mondialement.
Afin d’accompagner ses ambitions de croissance, notre client souhaite diversifier ses activités, et recherche pour ce faire son nouveau CUSTOMER SERVICE DIRECTOR H/F.
**La description du poste**
- Promouvoir les activités du département : maintenance, SAV / rétrofeet, formations ;
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le commerce à la définition des conditions des contrats de maintenance ;
- Développer un plan stratégique annuel de vente et de marketing des produits et services proposés ;
- Définir la tarification des pièces détachées et de l’offre de services ;
- Elaborer des budgets d’investissement, d’exploitation et de recrutement pour les services dont vous avez la charge ;
- Créer des KPI afin de suivre les performances de vos services ;
- Etablir des programmes de formation, et assurer la mise à niveau de ces formations en lien avec les innovations produits et les évolutions du marché.
**Votre profil**
Diplômé(e) d’une formation technique supérieure, vous justifiez d’une expérience significative et réussie dans des fonctions similaires, acquise idéalement dans l’univers du conditionnement auprès de clients industriels.
Vous êtes motivé(e) à l’idée d’intégrer une entreprise leader sur son marché, évoluant dans un contexte international et en croissance.
