Pour nous accompagner dans cette pleine croissance, nous recherchons notre futur(e) **Coordinateur(trice) des opérations**
Tu intégreras l’équipe de Vincent, Responsable ADV, dont le management est plein de bienveillance et qui a à cœur de faire monter en compétences son équipe. Au quotidien, tu assureras la planification des déménagements et la gestion des imprévus.
Tu seras garant de la bonne réalisation des prestations et géreras les réclamations.
**Interlocuteur/trice privilégié(e) des clients et des prestataires logistiques**, tu auras comme principales missions:
COORDINATION ET GESTION DES OPERATIONS
- Suivi de la planification des déménagements
- Gestion des imprévus et recherche de solution
- Analyse technique des accès des véhicules
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
- Gestion, développement et sécurisation des relations avec les sous-traitants et les grands comptes
- Reporting qualitatif et quantitatif : suivi des actions correctives pour garantir le traitement de toutes les sollicitations
GESTION DU SAV
- Gestion des réclamations clients
- Négociation avec les déménageurs sur les dossiers litigieux
- Traitement et suivi des dossiers gérés par l'assurance
MISSIONS ANNEXES
- Participation à la structuration des procédures de coordination
- Accompagnement des équipes commerciales sur la partie logistique
**Profil recherché**
Notre futur(e) collègue doit avoir idéalement 2 ans d’expérience dans le domaine du transport / logistique. On dit de toi que:
- Tu maîtrises les process SAV amiable et assurance et tu sais traiter tout type de réclamation ;
- Reconnu(e) pour ton sens du relationnel et ta pédagogie, tu sais t'adapter à tes interlocuteurs, que ce soit en BtoB ou en BtoC
- Tu es parfaitement à l’aise avec les outils de type CRM ;
- Tu as le sens de l’analyse, tu es organisé et rigoureux
Tes jours et amplitudes horaires : Du Lundi au Vendredi selon le planning fourni.
