L'ÉTABLISSEMENT:
Le CHU de Brest est l'établissement support du GHT de Bretagne Occidentale, 1er opérateur de santé et moteur économique de la région 1er employeur de la ville.
Le Centre Hospitalier Universitaire couvre un territoire comprenant une population de 1,2 million d'habitants et emploie plus de 8 000 personnes dont 750 médecins.
Fort de ces éléments l'établissement développe en collaboration avec les unités mixtes de recherches de l' UBO une recherche reconnue au plan national et international sur différentes thématiques dont la thrombose veineuse en lien avec l'équipe du GETBO nouvellement labellisée INSERM (U1304).
Cette excellence scientifique a permis à l'équipe du Professeur COUTURAUD, directeur de l'U1304-GETBO et directeur du réseau FCRIN INNOVTE, d'être lauréat de l'appel à projet européen Horizon Europe et de décrocher un financement de 10 millions d'euros sur 5 ans pour mener à bien le projet MORPHEUS (Prognosis iMprOvement of unPRovoked venous tHromboEmbolism Using perSonalized anticoagulant therapy).
Le consortium inclut 9 pays européens.
C'est dans ce contexte que le CHU de Brest, promoteur du projet, cherche le Project Manager du consortium MORPHEUS.
LE POSTE:
Le/la Manager de Projets Européens ( European Project Manager, EPM) sera responsable de la coordination administrative.
Placé(e) aux côtés du coordinateur scientifique, Il/elle aura pour mission de faciliter le fonctionnement général du consortium dans le respect des règles édictées par la Commission Européenne.
Ses fonctions recouvrent les aspects administratifs, financiers ainsi que le volet stratégique et l'animation du consortium. Il/elle prépare tous les éléments nécessaires au suivi juridique et financier du contrat de subvention MORPHEUS. Le projet MORPHEUS comportant un volet clinique important, le manager de projet européen fera le lien entre la DRCI (volet administratif, légal et financier) et CIC (volet investigation) au CHU de Brest afin d'avoir une fonction transversale forte sur l'ensemble du consortium.
L'EPM assurera aussi l' animation du réseau de plateformes au cur du projet, jouera un rôle important dans l'animation du réseau des utilisateurs et participera la communication des résultats du projet MORPHEUS.
Mission 1 : Coordination du projet
- Assister le coordinateur dans la supervision de la mise en uvre du projet et le suivi du plan de travail ;
- Développer et mettre en place des outils de management nécessaires à la gestion du projet (procédures, guides, modèles types de documents, plates-forme collaborative, etc.).
Mission 2 : Activités spécifiques aux actions Transnational Access (Infra Starting Communities)
- Superviser la mise en uvre du projet et le suivi du plan de travail ; Assister le coordinateur dans le suivi des actions préventives et correctives ;
- Développer des outils et modèles pour restituer les résultats de la mission (rapports, dissémination, congrès).
Mission 3 : Animer le réseau et faciliter les échanges entre partenaires
- Préparer les réunions de consortium ;
- Assurer, en collaboration avec la DRCI, l'intermédiaire entre le consortium et la Commission européenne (Research Executive Agency).
Mission 4 : Gestion administrative
- Assister les partenaires sur les aspects administratifs du projet,
- Mettre en uvre et suivre les études cliniques requises dans le projet, dans le respect de la réglementation française et des Bonnes Pratiques Cliniques et en lien avec la DRCI et le CIC
- Suivre la production des livrables et participer à la rédaction des rapports d'activité.
Mission 5 : Communication
- Mettre en uvre des actions de communication en interne autour de l'accès transnational (diffusion de l'information, animation de la plate-forme collaborative, etc.) ;
- Participer à des actions de communication en externe (projets de vulgarisation scientifique, rédaction de communiqués de presse et du contenu de la partie publique du site internet du projet, etc.) ;
Conditions d'exercice:
- Poste à 100%.
- Horaires de journée (forfait cadre) déplacement fréquents en France et en Europe.
- Durée du contrat : 12 mois renouvelables
