**Descriptif du poste**:
Au sein de la Direction du Succès Client, vous intégrez le département Programmes Client. Vous êtes au cœur de notre mission d’entreprise : « Garantir le succès des projets de nos clients en mobilisant toutes les ressources d’Esri France au travers d’un processus d’entreprise ».

Le Customer Success Manager est l’interlocuteur privilégié du client, il assure l’interface entre celui-ci et l’ensemble des services intervenants.

Afin de garantir une expérience positive tout au long du parcours client ; du premier contact à la maturité des projets, vous:

- « Onboardez » les nouveaux clients en leur fournissant l’accès à l’ensemble des ressources utiles à leur démarrage
- Instaurez des contacts réguliers visant à mieux connaitre les enjeux et besoins des clients
- Reformulez et transmettez les attentes et les problématiques des clients aux intervenants Esri France
- Orientez les clients vers les interlocuteurs pertinents et les outils adaptés
- Assurez une dynamique entre les équipes internes sur les sujets de la relation client
- Assurez le suivi des réponses aux demandes clients
- Automatisez des actions «One to Many» pour répondre aux attentes récurrentes
- Participez activement à la mise en place d’un système de mesure du Succès Client
- Participez à la croissance des indicateurs de satisfaction

**Profil recherché**:
Diplômé(e ) d’une école d’ingénieurs ou d’une formation universitaire en commerce ou management avec une orientation éditeurs informatiques, vous avez mis en pratique vos compétences techniques et vos qualités relationnelles, lors d’une expérience réussie d’au moins 2 ans.

- Vous anticipez les demandes et besoins de vos clients-
- Vous êtes pragmatique et vous savez identifier et mobiliser les ressources internes autour des problématiques et du projet client.**Encore un petit effort, c’est un plus**: Vous connaissez le domaine de l’Information Géographique et les technologies Esri ou êtes fortement intéressé(e ).
