What you will do to be SIXT-cessful:

- Develop a multi-year strategic and operational plan covering all dimension of the European Remarketing Unit
- Maximize B2B partner acquisition and engagement by stablishing new operational standards
- Define and implement processes and standards to create a cross European B2C sales organisation
- Execute quarterly, monthly, weekly and daily initiatives to reach sales and profitability targets
- Co-operate with other departments to guarantee a smooth and efficient operation, as well as reliable budgeting and reporting
- Identify and build strategic relationships with key stakeholders to develop an effective and far-reaching network and further accelerate growth
- Hire and onboard top talents as well as develop and motivate high-performing teams
- Build up our Pan-European remarketing team
- Set clear team targets and individual goals as well as monitor performance
- Work with and report to our Chief Commercial Officer

What you will need:

- 5+ years of (sales) people management experience in a fast-growing environment
- 5+ years of experience in a management or business development role at dealerships or remarketing organizations, ideally having had P&L and/or performance responsibility
- Proven track record of outperformance at individual and team level
- Comprehensive experience engaging at all levels with external partners and B2B customers
- Commercial mindset with exceptional communication skills, emotional intelligence, and strong sales abilities
- Full proficiency in business English and German or French
