**Contexte**

L’ENS-PSL mène toutes ses actions dans le domaine Innovation / Entrepreneuriat en étroite collaboration avec l’Université PSL. L’ENS-PSL participe ainsi au projet Pôle Universitaire d’Innovation porté par l’Université PSL, et plus spécifiquement à l’action 2 « Sensibilisation et détection ».

Contexte du Proiet PUI PSL : Dans le cadre de la création de **Pôles Universitaires d’Innovation (PUI)**, soutenus par **France 2030**, le _**Pôle PSL Innovation**_ vise à fédérer l’ensemble des structures de l’écosystème PSL impliquées dans le transfert, l’incubation et l’accompagnement de projets innovants et les partenariats avec le monde socio-économique. Les objectifs principaux du Pôle PSL Innovation sont de stimuler l’émergence de projets innovants, de généraliser les réflexes d’innovation dans l’ensemble des communautés du périmètre PSL, d’augmenter les interactions avec le monde socio-économique et de stimuler le flux de créations d’entreprises et de transfert de technologies.

**Principales missions et responsabilités opérationnelles**:
1. Participation au projet PUI porté par l’Université PSL : piloter les actions « détection et idéation » dans le cadre de l’action 2 « Sensibilisation et Détection »:

- organiser une série d’événements dédiés aux chercheuses et chercheurs pour aider à identifier des projets d’innovation dans les laboratoires.
- Des ateliers d’idéation devront notamment être organisés, qui proposeront un accompagnement personnalisé aux chercheurs et chercheuses pour mesurer le potentiel d’innovation de leurs recherches. Ces ateliers pourront impliquer la participation de prestataires extérieurs.
- Des événements-témoignages pourront être organisés pour favoriser la sensibilisation tant chez les étudiantes et étudiants que dans les communautés de recherche.
- Aide à la mise en œuvre d’un programme de formation sur les enjeux innovation et entrepreneuriat deeptech validable dans le cadre du Diplôme de l’ENS (DENS), des Masters ENS-PSL et des doctorats ENS-PSL (conception de la maquette, identification d’intervenants, suivi des étudiants et étudiantes, etc.).

- **Expérience**_
- Expérience dans un établissement d’enseignement supérieur serait un plus
- Connaitre les enjeux des pratiques d’innovation et entrepreneuriat, notamment le lien recherche-innovation
- Expérience dans la gestion de projet serait un plus

- Excellentes qualités rédactionnelles en anglais et en français
- Aptitude au pilotage de projets complexes
