Quelles seront vos missions chez bioMérieux ?
Fournir un support d’urgence de second niveau aux filiales et distributeurs pour les réclamations, questions ou suggestions ;
Fournir un support terrain, contribuer aux plans d’action ;
Faciliter les plans d’apprentissage incluant formation et coaching pour les filiales et distributeurs afin de réaliser les actions de Service chez les clients ;
Evaluer la qualité des programmes de formation et le niveau des stagiaires ;
Contribuer à la création, au développement et à la validation des outils de support pour les filiales et distributeurs pour optimiser les services locaux (procédures d’installation, guides de troubleshooting, FAQ, etc...) ;
Réaliser les actions Customer Service dans le cadre des projets comme la relecture des Manuels Utilisateurs ;
Fournir un retour sur les améliorations des produits/services à GCS Project Management Office ;
Créer et mettre à jour les modules de formation conformément aux procédures GCS ;
Créer du contenu de formation à distance ainsi que des plans d’apprentissage adaptés pour les filiales si besoin;
Organiser et animer des formations délocalisées ;
Participer et contribuer à des projets stratégiques avec les acteurs clefs (R&D, SE&S, Qualité, etc.) ;
Contribuer à l’amélioration continue de nos produits / services, matériel de formation et outils de service...
Qui êtes-vous ?
Vous avez une bonne compréhension de l'environnement du laboratoire
La connaissance des produits VITEK MS est un atout
Un bon niveau d'anglais est obligatoire afin de pouvoir communiquer avec nos filiales
Être orienté client et service avec le sens de l’urgence
Avoir une forte aspiration ou expérience en tant que formateur/coach
Présenter une capacité d’apprentissage continu dans le cadre de développements de produits
Être capable de créer et de relire des informations techniques (manuels d'utilisation, spécifications, etc.)
Créez des formations en présentiel ou à distance
Savoir évoluer en équipe tout en faisant preuve d'autonomie
Capacité à analyser, recommander et discuter de propositions afin de trouver les solutions les plus efficaces
Capacité à comprendre et à travailler avec des processus complexes tout en conservant un esprit d'innovation et en mesurant l'impact sur le client
Avoir une vue système (instrument/logiciel/réactifs)
Ces missions peuvent requérir jusqu’à 20% de déplacement dans nos filiales.
