Le bureau de Schroders en France a été ouvert en 2001. Fortes de 74 collaborateurs et d’expertises locales (financement d’infrastructures avec la société de gestion française Schroder Aida et immobilier commercial et hôtelier avec Schroder Real Estate), nos équipes proposent des solutions d’investissement à l’ensemble des clientèles françaises institutionnelles, entreprises, banques fédératives et mutualistes, banques privées, fonds de fonds, plateformes et conseillers en gestion de patrimoine indépendants.

**L’équipe**

L’équipe Schroders Hotels compte environ 40 personnes dont une trentaine à Paris. Son activité principale est d’acheter, gérer et vendre des hôtels. C’est une équipe enthousiaste et dynamique et passionnée par l’hôtellerie.

**Ce dont vous serez en charge**:

- Gérer les projets Finances (30% du temps) - exemples : mise en place d’un outil de reporting multihotels permettant les analyses croisées, migration et upgrade des logiciels achats et comptabilité des hôtels.
- Centraliser les problématiques comptables de l’équipe Finances siège (14 personnes) (30% du temps) - exemples : revoir les packs conso préparés par les filiales et notamment le bon respect des normes IFRS et INREV, être le référent de l’équipe pour les questions comptables voire fiscales.
- Audit interne de la quinzaine d’hôtels gérés en direct par Schroders (10% du temps).
- Assurance (10% du temps) : gérer les contrats d’assurance de la cinquantaine d’hôtels du portefeuille, relation avec les courtiers, appels d’offres, valorisation des coûts de reconstruction,..
- Paiements bancaires (10% du temps) : superviser les process ainsi que les projets en cours permettant d’améliorer l’efficacité et la sécurisation de ces process.
- Missions ad hoc (10% du temps) - exemples : automatisation du calcul du TRI d’un Fonds hôtelier, mise en place d’un process pour décider des couvertures de taux, formalisation des procédures du siège ou des hôtels,

**Votre parcours, connaissances et expérience nécessaires**:

- Plusieurs années d’expérience dans un des métiers de la finance sera nécessaire
- Une connaissance de l’hospitality et / ou une expérience dans la gestion de projet constitueront un plus indéniable

**Les connaissance, l’expérience et les qualifications qui vont aideront**:
Des expériences précédentes dans l’hôtellerie, des compétences en gestion de projet et/ou en audit interne.
